Born and raised in Oxford, Dan is a proud fiancé and Dad to two energetic boys. With a decade's experience in recruitment, he's developed a deep understanding of the construction industry. Dan’s recruitment journey began in 2015 in Central London, where he partnered with some of the city’s most prestigious and high-profile building contractors.
After several successful years in London, Dan returned to his hometown of Oxford and in early 2024, following a decade in the industry—and after a 3-month adventure traveling the world with his family—Dan decided the time was right to start his own venture.
Just six months in, Dan teamed up with James, as they shared a common vision to create something even more comprehensive. Together, they founded Reginald Gray, offering a turnkey, white-collar service solution across London and the South."
Outside of work, Dan is a passionate traveller and foodie, with some of his favourite culinary destinations including Italy, Thailand, Brazil, and Western Australia. As he approaches his 40s, Dan has also taken up road and trail running, with ambitious plans to participate in major events in 2025

James, originally from Oxford, began his professional journey as an electrical engineer, specialising in high-end residential projects. His career took a turn in 2007 when he ventured into construction recruitment after traveling the world. Settling in London allowed him to build a robust network within the high-end refurbishment and fit-out market, an area in which he has since become a leading expert.
In 2016, he leveraged his expertise by starting his own business, RSR Associates Ltd. Now back in Oxford, James is embarking on a new chapter with the establishment of Reginald Gray, aiming to further enrich his extensive network across London and the South.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated husband and father of three, a passionate gardener, fisherman and classic car racing driver.

Raised in London’s vibrant East End, Luke developed a deep passion for culture, architecture, and design from an early age. Growing up with easy access to one of the world's great cities, these interests were continually nurtured. After completing his studies at sixth form, he pursued an Art Foundation course at Chelsea School of Art & Design before heading to the University of Sussex in Brighton, where he earned a BA in English Literature.
Upon returning to London, Luke worked as a specialist decorative painter and later as a writer and editor for a lifestyle magazine. His career took a turn when he met James through a local pub football team, leading him to join James's newly founded recruitment business.
Luke’s natural curiosity, empathy, and thoughtful approach have driven his success in London's fast-paced construction industry, where he stands out in an often impersonal and crowded field.
