Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the delivery of projects up to £10M, overseeing programme, cost, quality, and client engagement. 
  • Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring high standards of delivery. 
  • Manage a variety of projects, potentially including education, industrial, commercial, and housing sectors. 
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience managing construction projects valued up to £10M.
